Go to the cross poor troubled mind
there the answer is sought
where all man’s searching ends
by which Christ’s blood has bought

it matters what the mind may think
it’s what the heart can feel
where faith enables one to find
this Jesus Who is real
____
believing in the Son of God
and what the blood can do
brings solace in a troubled mind
with grace to get one through
____
as Christ has made it possible
for everyone to come
partaking of the victory
what Calvary has done
____
therefore no one has to suffer
to face this world alone
because God promises enrichment
when He shall call them home
____
but in His sovereignty is grace
where miracles appear
upon this earth God’s in control
when faith replaces fear
____
for Satan works within one’s fear
but God works through one’s faith
the cross is where one puts their trust
the blood which more than saves
